CTV-02 is an electronic timer for water pumpor air blower activation with time-out setting. This electronic timer is specifically designed to be used with piezoelectric switches with LED in private or public pools (also available to buy from us). There are 2 independents LED for each switch, Which means it's possible to give the user feedback about load activation status via a colour LED. When used in public pools, the CTV-02 provides and “anti-repeated switch†function: this feature allows to avoid start/stop commands to the pump, especially when the pump is pretty far from the whirlpool jets into the pool. Furthermore, thanks to the on-board RS485 communication port and the open protocol ADOP (available upon request), it’s possible CTV-02 integration in home and building automation systems.
TYPICAL APPLICATION: Water Pump and Air blowers activation in private and/or public pools. To save energy and reduce running cost, also to prevent stop start damage to expensive pumps and air blowers.
